Spotless in Orlando is a trading name of Your Florida Group, a well established
name in the Disney area rental business. Jim set up the his company in the UK, initially to offer rentals for his own home in Westridge, but
the website he set up, quickly grew, until there were over 400 homes advertising through the company. In 2004, Jim set up his own management company,
after failing to find a company which would comply with his expected standards.
It was a challenge owning a home in Orlando, a challenge managing homes in Orlando, so it was no surprise to find that the cleaning services, were an
equally big challenge. We believe we have met that challenge, and in the process created a resource which will be of interest to other companies requiring
cleaning services within the area.
We have met that challenge by combining traditional 'old fashioned' standards of cleanliness with modern technology, to create a services which allows
the client to keep control, while passing the responsibility on to someone else.

Jim Whitelaw is the President of the company, and is responsible for the administration, accounts and the technology behind the control panel, which
allows the client full control and up-to-date information on his inventory.
Jim has plenty of experience in setting up this type of operation, through his extensive knowledge gained in his existing businesses, which lead the market
in online interactive control for owners, guests and mangers alike.
Without a doubt, Jim is an 'early adopter' and has harnessed well, the technology available through the internet, to create a string of firsts. We believe
that offering this level of service and control to the cleaning of vacation homes, is another first, and it will not be our last one.

Donna Kurnal is our head housekeeper, and is responsible, on the ground, for the impeccable standards we insist on. Donna personally checks every home
after it is cleaned to ensure that it is ready to accept guests, restocks the consumables and puts in place any welcome packs or other requirements
specific to any client, or indeed any individual home.
Donna is also responsible for the training and quality of all our cleaning staff. Donna is from the 'Old School', where clean means spotless, not
just enough to get by. Donna will also personally arrange and supervise any additional services such as carpet cleaning, comforter dry clean or
spring cleaning required on any new homes entering our system.
