Standard Clean
|
Our standard clean will keep your homes in a spring clean condition. They will not lift your home to a spring clean condition,
if they have been neglected, but once they are up to that standard, it will be enough to keep that level, if we are carrying out
regular cleaning of the unit. We do not guarantee this condition until the home is inspected, accepted into our program and
approved to our standard. Our standard clean also includes replenishing the consumables(toilet rolls, kitchen roll, soap, bin liners, etc).

Spring Clean
|
Most homes in the area are only seeing a surface clean at best, many are just plain filthy. Our Spring clean will lift your home to our standards,
so that we are then able to maintain it within our regular cleaning routine. Our spring clean is designed for homes which have been surface
cleaned only, and extra work may be required for any homes which are really filthy.

Carpet Cleaning

Most rental homes attract a high level of wear, especially in the main living areas. Many guests do not care for the homes in the same way as
they would for their own home. Carpets are the one area where this often shows up. We offer a carpet steam clean service and spot cleaning.

Comforter Cleaning
|
Occassionally, comforters(bed covers) will get marked, or have acidental spillage on them. Due to the size, it is not normally suitable to
wash them in-house. We can take these to a dry cleaner and have them professionally cleaned and returned to your home for you. Again, we
will normally contact you about this, quote a price, and seek approval before proceeding.
Comforters may also be washed in-house, but we accept no responsibility for any damages in the washing machine.

Welcome Packs
|
Our standard clean includes replenishing the consumables, but we also offer an optional welcome pack for your guests. This may be ordered
as standard for all your cleans, or individually for a special booking. Welcome packs are available in a variety of different styles and sizes.
