- All scheduled cleans must be prepaid
- No cleans may be cancelled within 24 hours of our scheduled clean time, or the cost of the clean will still apply
- The above clause may be waived by management, without setting any precedent
- Any extra work will be assessed and we will call you at the first opportunity to discuss it
- If you cannot be reached by telephone, we will proceed with the work, and deduct the amount from your account
- If your account level is not sufficient, you agree that you will pay us for any additional cleaning we deem necessary, if you cannot be reached by telephone
- We reserve the right to only carry out the requested work, if we are unable to reach you by telephone, even though we deem more work is required
- We will accept no liabilty for any level of cleanliness, if you have rejected any recommendations we make for extra cleaning requirements
- Any complaints must be made within 24 hours of the clean taking place, and within 4 hours of a guest moving in
- We reserve the right to cancel any cleaning scheduled, for any reason, within 24 hours of it being scheduled by you
- Work will not be accepted outside our designated work area, shown on our 'Areas of Operation' page
- Our reputation depends on our extremely high standards. Do not ask us to carry out work to lower standards for a lower price. We will not get involved in any such market
